Since its establishment in 2007, Automotive PR of America has developed an impressive roster of clients and projects.
Based right outside New York City, APRA serves automotive clients located all over the U.S. and in Germany, from the East Coast through Texas all the way to California. APRA partners Elaine and Axel E. Catton each have extensive backgrounds in automotive communications, covering cars, commercial vehicles, powertrain technology, alternative drivetrain, classic cars and the supply sector.
Successful programs completed to date include the launch of the fully-electric Tesla Roadster in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and partnership with APR in supporting the launch of classic car specialist RM Auctions’ European office in London as well as several high profile auctions in the UK and Italy. The latest brand launch handled by APRA was the move of established electric commercial vehicle manufacturer EVI from Mexico to California in November 2009.
APRA’s past and present clients include high-performance American Musclecar manufacturer Steve Saleen, the Fairfield County Concours d’Elegance and lithium-ion battery specialist ValenceTechnology, Inc.
In addition, APRA provides specialist automotive copywriting and German/English translation services to automakers Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen.
Working as an integral part of its clients’ management teams, APRA provides expert PR advice and hands-on support across the board. It supports its clients on both a national and international basis and boasts an extensive network of automotive media contacts throughout the U.S. and Europe.
