Writing and talking about cars has been Tom's passion for many years. In 2003, aged 17, he had his first work experience placement with the BBC's Top Gear and in December 2005 he won the Guild of Motoring Writers' Sir William Lyons Award for young motoring journalism. He first came to Automotive PR in the summer of 2006 for a two-month work placement and, after further work experience at Auto Express and graduating from the University of Warwick in 2007, he returned to join the company full-time.
