Continental announces new generation of tyres

Continental will premiere its next generation of truck tyres at the IAA Commercial Vehicle Show 2012 in Hannover from 20 to 27 September.
In 2013 Continental will launch the most comprehensive range of truck and bus tyres in the history of the company. Nikolai Setzer, head of the Tyres division and member of the executive board, Dr. Andreas Esser, head of the Commercial Vehicle Tyres business unit, and Herbert Mensching, head of Marketing and Sales Truck Tyres EMEA will discuss this and other current plans and developments at a press conference on September 18.
Efficiency will be the main theme of Continental’s appearance at this year’s IAA in Hannover (hall 17, stand A06–B05). In addition to previewing the next generation of products, Continental, as an expert partner to the commercial vehicle industry, will be exhibiting its latest services, designed to allow fleets to achieve the lowest overall costs in their specific applications. The focus will be on the Conti360° Fleet Services management system and the ContiLifeCycle retreading program that includes both hot and cold retreading in ContiRe and ContiTread.
