India Bike Week 2013

  • Create & establish the first and annual India Bike Week property.
  • Since it was an event happening for the first time in India and lack of any material or content, we had to Identify new opportunities to build PR and recognition for IBW.
  • Therefore a complete PR programme in 3 stages was created for IBW. This included extensive buzz through date & launch announcement of IBW main event in the first stage. Ensure sustainability PR and hype through event through listing, celebrity profiling and story placement in the second stage and final event reporting in the third stage.
  • The launch exposure, celebrity and content hype and extensive coverage of the main event gave IBW 2013 the coveted honor as India‚Äôs biggest festival of bikes, bikers and music.
  • Finally the task was also to elevate the positioning of IBW as a festival property and we were successful to make the first IBW one of the most talked about event of 2013 in India amidst target audience by attaining visibility in relevant media.
  • Our work in the first year generated 279 pieces of editorial coverage across newspapers (National & Regional), magazine, radio, website. The total PR was valued at 162.65 Mio INR.
